A 60 ml taste of anything open is half the glass price, rounded down. When a bottle finishes we open a different one, so the board is never the same two nights running. About fourteen wines pass across it in a week.
380 bottles. 61% of them come from growers who make under 30,000 bottles a year, which is a smaller number than it sounds like.
Nothing is on the list that we have not drunk a whole bottle of first. Corkage €12, one bottle per table, and not from the shop on this street.
Rye bread and salted butter, €3.80. Smoked pike from Dzūkija, €9.00. Sheep cheese and honeycomb, €8.50.

The vault holds 13 °C in August, so bring a layer. We are asked for Anykščių fruit wine about twice a week and we still do not have any.
